Meet Pam (she/they).
Centrepeace’s founder and therapist.
Pam is a queer cisgender white settler living on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Lūnaapéewak and Attawandaron (aka London, Ontario).
She’s a late-realized neurodivergent woman in her 40’s who has been working in the social work field for more than 25 years. Her career began at a shelter for survivors of intimate partner violence in 2001. Since that time, she has worked in many areas of the field, including: child protection, adoption and foster care, acquired brain injury, motor vehicle accident recovery, child and family mental health, and adult mental health.
Since 2021 Pam has focused her practice on 2SLGBTQIA+ mental health in London and across Ontario through her private psychotherapy practice. She holds space especially for pre-teens, teens, adults and families from the community who are dealing with a number of mental health, family and relationship struggles often caused by or exacerbated by being part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
